For security reasons, we're not able to send you a password automatically. If you cannot remember your password, then you have a two options:
This option is the most secure, but it will mean you won't be able to access your Internet Banking account until you receive the new password. If you need more immediate access to your account, then you will have to contact the helpdesk.
Contacting the helpdesk is the quickest way of getting a new password, however the helpdesk operator will require that you answer certain security questions to verify that you can reset the password. Once you are verified, a new password will be emailed to you.
In either case, the password you receive is temporary. The first time you log into Internet Banking with it, you will be required to create a new password. If you do not create a new one, you will not be allowed into your Internet Banking account.
